Returns & Exchanges

At WYETH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
